Multiple blunt force injuries consistent with a fall from significant height (estimated 35–40 metres). Primary: traumatic brain injury. Secondary: internal haemorrhage.

Manner of Death
Undetermined pending toxicological analysis. Physical examination findings are not exclusively consistent with either suicide or homicide at this stage.

Examiner's Comments
Pending receipt of the full toxicology report, I am not in a position to confirm manner of death. The bruising pattern on the left forearm is atypical for an unassisted fall and will require further review in context of toxicological findings.
