Floor 14 is a restricted floor leased exclusively to PaySpark Technologies. Access requires a registered HID keycard or visitor escort. All swipes are logged with millisecond precision against the cardholder's registered identity. The system cannot be overridden or paused without a written maintenance request approved by building management.
