Following identification of plate KA-05-HQ-4421 in the initial CCTV log, investigators conducted a full trace of this vehicle. Separately, basement camera footage was extracted and analysed.

The plate recorded in the initial log at 22:19 and the plate of the vehicle traced via ATM records differ by one digit at position 10. The external camera (INN-EXT-CAM-01) footage at 22:19 shows partial occlusion of the plate by a concrete bollard at the entrance. The plate visible in the E04 log is therefore not confirmed as the same vehicle whose owner was traced via ATM records.
