FCST-MEDK-061 is a Class B production medical kit assigned to the Zara Ruk unit for the duration of principal photography. Medic Statement (Dr. V. Sinha — attending medic, on duty 10–14 Feb 2025)
All dispensing entries reflect actual transactions as I recorded and counter-signed them. The 13 February entry for Midazolam oral was made at the medical room in person. The individual signed the register themselves. I do not recall seeing a production badge. I have no reason to doubt the identity stated, but I cannot independently confirm it.
