Sinha confirms counter-signing the entry but states the recipient was not personally known to him — the kit register does not require production ID verification for non-injectable items. One (1) unit of Midazolam 15mg oral solution remains in Tray C at time of seizure (14 Feb 2025, 23:45). Standard stock was two (2) units.

Medic Statement (Dr. V. Sinha — attending medic, on duty 10–14 Feb 2025)
All dispensing entries reflect actual transactions as I recorded and counter-signed them. The 13 February entry for Midazolam oral was made at the medical room in person. The individual signed the register themselves. I do not recall seeing a production badge. I have no reason to doubt the identity stated, but I cannot independently confirm it.
