It had no active operations at the time of its dissolution and no connection to SR Productions. The active entity — NK Film Projects LLP (LLPIN AAP-8831) — shares only the name and was incorporated by the Rane family three years after the Kapoor entity was struck off.

The name coincidentally matches a defunct company that previously listed Nandini Kapoor as a director — a company she had no operational involvement with after 2021.
