Gate 2 — Operating Procedure
Gate 2 (South) is a secondary vehicle exit/entry point used by production staff during active shoots. It is staffed by a single security guard during production hours and records all vehicle movements in a handwritten log. No RFID or ANPR system is installed at Gate 2. Vehicle identity is verified visually and recorded by the security officer on duty. The log is supplemented by a CCTV camera covering the gate — footage has been separately preserved as Exhibit MP-FC-DIG-0011.

Sameer sir was here every day. I know his car well. He left around quarter to eight — maybe a bit later. He said he'd be back in half an hour. He came back around twenty to nine, I think. He just waved and drove in. I didn't think anything of it — producers go in and out. I wrote it in the book same as I always do.

Film City Studios Gate 2 (south) to the nearest U-turn point and back represents approximately 8–12 minutes of driving time under normal traffic conditions at that hour. A 49-minute absence — against a stated intention of 30 minutes — leaves approximately 25–35 minutes unaccounted for by travel alone. The studio lot, including Trailer Block C, is accessible from the south service road within 3–5 minutes of Gate 2 on foot.
