Camera Overview
Camera 6 covers the ground floor corridor of Building 2, between the main stairwell and the Legal Counsel Suite (R-LEGC-01) and Medical Room. The camera is a fixed wall mount at 2.4 metres, angled toward the corridor intersection. The Medical Room entrance is within the camera's field of view at the far right of frame. This footage was requested on 18 February 2025 following identification of the "N. Kumar" dispensing log entry (E07) as a person of interest.

FACIAL RECOGNITION — PARTIAL RESULT
Frames 16:31:02–16:31:07 capture the subject's face at a partial angle (approximately 35° from frontal) as he enters the corridor from the stairwell. The FSL digital imaging unit submitted frames for facial recognition comparison against all named persons of interest. The comparison produced a non-conclusive result for full automated matching due to angle and compression artefacts. However, a manual comparison by examiner Dr. K. Sundaram noted consistent features with subject SR-PROD-0042 (Rane, Sameer) including estimated height (177 cm — consistent with photogrammetric estimate of 175–179 cm from this camera angle), hair profile, and gait pattern. This comparison is assessed as indicative, not conclusive.
Medical Room Activity — 13 February 2025, 16:30–16:36
Camera 6 covers the Medical Room entrance but not its interior. The male subject visible at 16:31:07 is seen walking toward the Medical Room end of the corridor. He does not re-appear on camera until exiting via the stairwell at 16:34:51 — a 3 minute 44 second interval. The Medical Room dispensing log (E07) records a single transaction during this window: Midazolam 15mg oral solution dispensed to "N. Kumar" at 16:34, counter-signed by Dr. V. Sinha. Dr. Sinha states the recipient signed the register and left before he completed his notes.
The medical kit dispensing log records "N. Kumar" at 16:34. Camera 6 shows a male subject of consistent build entering the Building 2 corridor at 16:31 and exiting at 16:34. Dr. V. Sinha arrived at the Medical Room at 16:47 — after the subject had already left. The Midazolam 15mg oral solution dispensed on 13 February matches the substance identified in Arjun Malhotra's toxicology report (E02): gastric residue of Midazolam consistent with oral administration in liquid form, estimated dose 10–15 mg, in an ethanol solution, onset 8–15 minutes.
