Examiner's Opinion
Having examined the questioned entry (Q1) and known specimens (K1โK4) using standard Questioned Document Examination methodology including microscopic comparison, stroke analysis, and baseline/pressure profiling, this examiner is of the opinion that Q1 and the known specimens of Sameer Rane were written by the same hand. The disguise attempt โ substituting "N. Kumar" for his own initials โ is consistent with a writer who habitually forms the initial letter of a surname with a characteristic arch. The attempt is insufficient to prevent identification to a reasonable degree of scientific certainty. This opinion is assessed at the "highly probable" level on the SWGDOC scale.
