Two documents signed in the same week, 11 days before the wedding:
1. New Will (10 March 2025): Estate distributed 70% to "Ayesha Al-Rashid Singhania and children (Dubai)" and 30% to Deepa Singhania. Previous will: 60% Deepa, 30% Arjun, 10% charity. Arjun is removed entirely from the will.
2. Charter Amendment (8 March 2025): Arjun Singhania's automatic succession as MD is replaced by a 10-year performance review clause. A external professional trustee is appointed in the interim.
