Indian Embassy Cross-Reference Note
Embassy records indicate Harish Singhania visited Dubai at minimum twice per year between 2018 and 2025. His most recent UAE entry was 14–21 February 2025 (departed Dubai on 21 Feb — returned to India). His Indian wife, Deepa Singhania, is not listed in any UAE records connected to the deceased.
INVESTIGATOR NOTE: The UAE marriage predates the 2025 divorce filing by seven years. Ayesha Al-Rashid and their two children were maintained entirely at Harish's personal expense — separate from the Singhania Group accounts. Records suggest Deepa Singhania became aware of this arrangement only in late February 2025. The divorce petition served to her on 12 March 2025 explicitly referenced the Dubai family as context for the "irretrievable breakdown."
MOTIVE — FULLY ESTABLISHED: Deepa Singhania had been married to Harish for 31 years. She discovered, in the span of weeks, that her husband had maintained a secret second family for seven years, was divorcing her, had amended his will to reduce her inheritance, and had removed their son Arjun as company successor. The divorce notice was served nine days before their son's wedding. She had both the motive and — as subsequent evidence shows — the means and opportunity to act.
