FlagTransactionAmountSignificance
⚠ FLAG 1Three cash withdrawals (8 Feb, 12 Feb, 16 Feb)₹1,80,000 totalThree separate ATM withdrawals in 8 days — unusually large for Deepa Singhania's normal pattern (average February cash: ₹18,000 in prior 12 months)
🔴 FLAG 2NEFT to "JMR Foundation" — 14 Feb 2025₹45,000The only external transfer to this entity. JMR Foundation account registered in Jaipur — matches the Jaipur Materials Research Foundation (see E09). The transfer date matches the date of the thallium purchase.
Account Holder Pattern Note (SIT Analyst Observation)
Review of Deepa Singhania's transaction history for January 2024 – January 2025 shows no cash withdrawals above ₹20,000 in any single month, and no external foundation transfers. The February 2025 activity is anomalous in both scale and type. No explanation for the cash withdrawals or the foundation transfer was provided by the account holder during initial questioning.
CROSS-REFERENCE — E09 (Thallium Purchase): The thallium acquisition by "Jaipur Materials Research Foundation" (JMRF) took place on 14 February 2025. The NEFT transfer from Deepa Singhania's personal account to "JMR Foundation" was made on the same date — ₹45,000. The supplier invoice (JEC-2025-02-1124) totalled ₹42,800. The ₹2,200 difference is consistent with transport/courier charges. The cash withdrawals preceding the purchase are consistent with additional procurement payments made off-record.
FINANCIAL LINK ESTABLISHED: Deepa Singhania transferred funds directly to the shell foundation used to purchase the murder weapon, on the same day the purchase was made. The cash withdrawals are consistent with additional off-record payments surrounding the acquisition. Her personal account was the funding source for the JMRF, which has no other documented revenue.
