The "War Room" is an informal term for the NS2025 Campaign Committee's election night coordination centre, established at the Rohtak House conference suite (7B Race Course Road, Annexe Block B, Ground Floor). The register is a physical sign-in book maintained at the entry door. Entries are made by visitors upon arrival and departure. This is a forensic copy — the original register has been retained under police custody.

1. Entry 5 ("Col. NS") — the time-in entry of 22:52 is written in a slightly darker pen than entries 1–4, suggesting it was made when NS arrived rather than in advance. Campaign Manager Sanjay Mehta, when interviewed, confirmed NS was not present at the War Room before 22:52 and that his arrival was noted because it was later than expected.
2. The register is managed on an honour system — no CCTV covers the sign-in desk directly. The campaign's CCTV (covering the building exterior) is requested separately.
3. The time gap between the CCTV-recorded departure of the white Innova from 14 Tughlak Lane (22:02 on Camera TL-01) and the War Room sign-in (22:52) is approximately 50 minutes. Travel time from Tughlak Lane to Race Course Road is 8–14 minutes by car at that hour.
