FATAL MISTAKES: Her fingerprints are on (1) the arsenic canister, (2) all four forged painting provenance documents, and (3) the final chai flask. The chai delivery routine was noticed by Meena Lal and is the key thread that starts the case.

This case requires players to shift their mental model from "who was present at the moment of death" to "who had consistent access in the 10 days prior."
