The other 9 — where did they go? Flagged for exclusion from primary analysis. Will discuss with K and R when they're back from investor meeting.

Finally got 30 min with K [underline]Kavitha[/underline] to discuss Batch 7B. She said R [underline]Ravi[/underline] had reviewed it and "the numbers check out, the site reconciliation explains the discrepancy." When I asked to see the reconciliation document she said it's with the regulatory team. I asked Sanjay for it. He said he'd "look into it." Three weeks and nothing.

Checked CDR this morning. My outlier flag on Batch 7B is gone. I didn't remove it. The version I'm looking at now has Batch 7B as clean primary data. Kept a local CSV export from 16 February — comparing the two makes me nauseous. Someone has edited the repository. The data submitted to DCGI will be wrong. I need to do something about this before approval comes through.

Sent the formal QA memo today [BNL/QA/2847/2025]. K and R are both named recipients. This is documented now. 48 hours. If there's no meeting by 3 May I am going to DCGI directly. I am not going to put my name on this filing.

3 May came and went. No response to the QA memo. I emailed DCGI CDL last night — a preliminary warning. This morning I got a call from a DCGI coordinator — she said BioNexus Labs had already responded, said my concerns were unfounded. How did they know I'd contacted DCGI? The coordinator didn't seem interested in pursuing it. I need to go over her head.

Spoke to P.R. [underline]Priyanka[/underline] today. Took a risk — showed her the CDR comparison. She went quiet for a long time. Then: "Anil sir, I already noticed this six weeks ago. I was afraid to say anything." She has access to the Block A CDR backup server — the archive from before the edit. We need both copies to prove the change was deliberate. She will pull the archive quietly.
